The location was spectacular on top of the ski slope in Levi. The staff was service-oriented, providing an excellent service. We asked for a well-equipped room with a fantastic slope, a great bathroom, for instance and got one.

Stunning views over the snowy slopes of this city from the hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great breakfast options. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the ski slopes, transportation, and ski school.

Hard to think of anything.

Panorama & Levi Chalets provided us with an exclusive and private experience up on the hill. The spacious rooms were beautifully groomed and felt brand new. The reasonable price included free rides on the cable car, which was a great perk. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and the ski storage room was convenient. The delicious breakfast and great sauna added to the overall enjoyable experience. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel is very nice indeed (apart from the glowing moose head figures... you have to see them). Very clean, excellent breakfast & dinner i.e. food (even though very gew guests during the summer), excellent view (when room facing the slopes), nice staff. Location good, apart that since it's not season the gondol lift closed early in the night. We actually ended up staying for a third night - Levi really is an excellent place even during the summer!

No (good) A/C (although probably not a huge problem...), very poor level of certain services, considering the level of the hotel (e.g. no toiletries etc.), some problems with how it's made (not enough room to put towels to dry etc.). However will most likely be even more excellent once they really get going; get one full season etc.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed being there, it's stylish and ideal hotel. I ate at a very nice restaurant with a view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, view of the mountains was outstanding. Staying here for skiing was very nice, totally recommendable.

Christmas Magic and Great Facilities

I had a wonderful time enjoying Christmas magic at a hotel that offered great facilities. The complimentary pancakes and fabulous breakfast buffet with many options were some of my favorite things. it was very convenient to be able to borrow sledges and enjoy the expansive views of the beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the modern and comfortable accommodations offered heating and drying cupboards. The sauna was also an added bonus that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent hotel & location! First time the hotel in reality was better than what are the pictures of hotel in web. Modern design, high class materials and excellent condition. Silent rooms, couldn't hear anything from neighbour rooms. Separate ironing room and self service laundry was available. A good buffet breakfast. Excellent, probably best in Levi, buffet lunch available from 11 am to 4 pm (15€ / adult, kids -50 %). The big and convenient ski storage room with personal lockers in basement with an direct exit to piste. Express-Gondola lift was running to 11 pm at the end of February (= peak season). Taxi from Kittilä airport was 32 € and also there was available bus transport with cost of 7 € / person / direction.

Could be more personnel in restaurants to decrease waiting time. Also more newspapers, both finnish and international could be in lobby.

I had a fantastic stay at Panorama & Levi Chalets in Levi. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of Levi. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making me feel right at home. I especially loved the heated drying cupboard, which was a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions and guidance throughout my stay. They even let me borrow sledges, which made getting around with ease a lot of fun. The buffet breakfast had a great selection, with fabulous pancakes that were simply delicious. While there were a few hiccups, such as the breakfast getting crowded and slightly understaffed, it did not diminish my overall experience. Despite some minor inconveniences like the ski resort staff strike, the hotel did their best to accommodate and provide shuttle services. I had a fantastic time at Panorama & Levi Chalets and would highly recommend it to others.
